• Identification of the removed content and its former URL
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies, we will terminate the accounts or access of any users who are found to be repeat infringers.
